Here’s the longer version of the instagram post.

It’s an A minor blues with a few substitutions thrown in for good measure here and there. There’s also a lot of chord stuff towards the end. In fact it is a good example of a more “modern” way to use chords in jazz instead of block chord solos like Wes.

could you do more lessons on substitutions in a practical setting/musical
example. everytime I see people go over it, it’s not that I don’t
understand the theory, it’s how to actually use it. most lessons I see are
from a theory perspective rather than a player perspective.
